Dr. Emma Hallas (Osteopath)

Emma is the founder of Beachside Back and Body and after living in Cairns, moved back to Victoria in 2014 with her husband and two young children. She has happily been practicing osteopathy for 10 years.

She completed her Osteopathic Bachelor and Masters degrees at Victoria University in 2009.

Emma is now playing with a local netball team after playing elite netball in Queensland, and is also a qualified secondary school teacher. She has always had a strong connection with sport and sport related injuries and during her time in Cairns, she worked with players of the NBL Cairns Taipans and the QRL Northern Pride.

She enjoys treating a wide and varied range of complaints but is particularly interested in lower back pain, headaches, and pregnancy related problems. Emma has seen first hand the successful results that pre and post-natal women get from osteopathic care, and now a mother herself, takes a keen interest in helping patients through this important and special time.

Emma treats people of all ages, from newborn babies through to pensioners, and is qualified in Dry Needling Techniques.
