Dr. Jacinta Fulton-Gillon


Jacinta graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and completed clinical placement as an Osteopath in India with SALT Health Solutions. She is fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of Osteopathy Australia (OA) and has a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Certificate III & IV in Fitness.

It was through personal injury which opened her eyes to the world of health and the importance of patient care, pre-habilitation, rehabilitation and understanding how pain and altered function can affect an individual’s life. Jacinta places much importance on finding out what the patients’ needs are and what works best for them as an individual and strives to have the skills and knowledge accessible to provide the best treatment to the patient. She has a strong understanding that a patient presents because their condition is negatively affecting their quality of life and that this is an important consideration during treatment. Jacinta uses a broad range of techniques including HVLA (high velocity low amplitude thrust technique), counterstain, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue massage, BLT, trigger point therapy, dry needling (lvl 1), cupping and exercise prescription. She is currently completing further education in Pilates mat and equipment work.

Jacinta has a passion for travel having spent much of her early life travelling overseas and working in ski resorts. In her down time, you will find her enjoying the spoils of the Peninsula, horse riding, or out on the water kiteboarding or stand up paddle boarding.
